Amy (Amelia) Williams
blends a coastal perspective with a wide-open spaces attitude in her strategic consulting and studio work. Working with designers, entrepreneurs, and organizations to value-set and align practice actions with purpose, Amy is focused on sustainable process change and brings her passion for doing things well with the highest level of integrity to her client engagement, speaking engagements and workshops. Amy has the great fortune of mentoring today's emergent change makers in design innovation, sustainability and values setting at numerous colleges and universities (Otis College of Art and Design, California College of the Arts, Montana State University, and University of Southern California).

Sustainability
Amy's passion for guiding entrepreneurs with sustainability framework shapes her consultancy focus. She lectures and trains globally on value setting design practices around integrity and sustainability. Amy has become an advocate for sustainability through her years in practice. She has seen it done “wrong” and is determined to help teams do “right” by aligning purpose with practice for the future.
Education
Amy has mentored dozens of emergent design thinkers in aesthetics and futures thinking as Program Chair and associate professor of CCA's Fashion Design program, where under her decade of leadership, the fashion program rose in national and international ranking, supported by a creative handpicked faculty team. Currently, she is an adjunct professor with the College of Art and Architecture at Montana State University in Bozeman, where she teaches innovation and ideation for the interdisciplinary DSEL program.
Amy Williams received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design/The New School of Social Research in Fashion Design, a certificate in Design Leadership from California College of the Arts, a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and Technology from University of Southern California. She is an Organizational Change and Leadership doctoral candidate at the Rossier School, University of Southern California.

Collaboration is key, she is a champion for individual creative growth as well as team development which she promotes in her design workshops.

As a designer, her creations have been sold in FredSegal's, Scoop, Big Drop, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom’s, Barney's, and graced the pages of WWD, CApparel News, Vogue, Elle, Glamour Magazines.
